Payment

What type of payment do you accept?

For local orders, we accept internet banking or ATM transfers via all major banks for SINGAPORE. We also accept Paypal payment via Paypal Express Checkout - This is also for overseas payment.

Which bank and accounts do I transfer to for ATM/I-banking?

You may transfer to the banks below.

A. POSB SAVINGS ACCOUNT (136-09736-9)
B. OCBC CURRENT BUSINESS ACCOUNT (623-233822-001)

*We only accept same-bank transfers (e.g. POSB/DBS to POSB/DBS, UOB to UOB, etc). If you have a bank not on this list, you may transfer via inter-bank, but do note the longer processing time of 3 working days.

I have completed the transfer (ATM/i-Banking). What is the next step?

After payment has been made, please email us at sales@prinsessacloset.com with the following details (in this format):

Do attach a snapshot/screenshot of your payment  receipt for ATM transfers.

How long do I have to make payment after I checkout?

To be fair to other customers, we abide strictly to a 24 hour dateline. Kindly make your payment before that, or the order may be cancelled. Thank you so much for your understanding.
