MODES OF DELIVERY (LOCAL)

We will need at least 2-3 working days to pack and dispatch your parcel to the delivery service providers, Singpost, Taqbin or similar.

After your parcel has dependent on the mode of postage chosen. Please refer to the following for more information on the been dispatched, the time taken for your parcel to reach you varies as it is approximate time frame needed.

The price of postage includes handling fees.

(I) Standard Registered Delivery (SMARTPAC / AM POST Letterbox)

Standard REGISTERED postage costs SGD$4 per 2KG. We are pleased to offer complimentary registered postage for Local Orders above SGD$100. Please allow your parcels 1-3 working days to reach you after it has been processed for delivery.

(II) Express Courier (TAQ-BIN)

Express Courier costs SGD$7.

Please allow your parcels 1 working day to reach you after it has been processed for delivery.

After your parcel has been dispatched to the delivery service provider, you may track the delivery status of your parcel with your Tracking Order Number the next working day at http://sg.ta-q-bin.com.

There will also be an additional charge for re-delivery should nobody be present to receive the package. Please provide your contact number under the address selected upon checkout so the courier can reach you in any unforeseen circumstances.

MODES OF PAYMENT

We accept PayPal, Internet Banking Online Transfer / ATM / Direct Deposit into our bank accounts. When payment is done via IB, ATM or Direct Deposit, please email sales@prinsessacloset.com with your order number and transaction reference.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

You will see the shipping charge that is determined automatically before checkout when ordering online. For international orders, we deliver our products using SPEEDPOST, FEDEX or similar service with a tracking number for all deliveries. The relevant transit times apply. Additional charges may apply.

  • PayPal as payment for international orders is much preferred. A separate email with bank details will be sent if Bank Transfer is opted.
  • International delivery is based on the weight of your purchase.
  • For all international shipments, buyer is responsible for all duties; customs fees and additional handling charges incurred.
  • We are not responsible for all delay due to transit time.
  • We reserve the right not to ship to P.O. Box address.
  • The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We do not pay any shipping charges.
  • All shipping costs and handling fees are non-refundable.

All customers will receive an acknowledgement email from us once their order is processed. This email contains details of their purchase and delivery information.

 

DELIVERY SERVICE FAQ

  1. What is the difference between LOCAL Standard and Express Delivery Services?

    Standard delivery service by SINGPOST via AM POST Letterbox or SMARTPAC will be delivered within 2-4 working days after we dispatched our the items while Express Courier by TAQ-BIN will be delivered the next working day once your parcel has been dispatched to the delivery service provider. Both mode of postages offer a tracking system for you to check on the delivery status of your order except for AM POST Letterbox.

    AM Post Letter box – Item will be placed in the letterbox the next morning after the item has reached Singpost.

    SMARTPAC – Item will be delivered to your doorstep. In any event, nobody at home to receive the item, the postman will either signs off the delivery note and place the item in your letterbox or will issue a delivery advice if the letterbox is too small or full.

    TAQ-BIN – Item will be delivered to your doorstep within the given delivery timeslot the next day after item has been dispatched.


  2. Does the delivery service provider delivers over the weekend?

    Yes, but only applies to the Express Delivery Services (TAQ-BIN)


  3. Will there be an additional charge for redelivery?

    There will be an additional charge for redelivery should nobody be present to receive the parcel after the 3rd attempt.


  4. What is my tracking number?

    The tracking number will be sent to you via email once your parcel has been dispatched to the delivery service provider.


  5. The status of my parcel is reflected as “Delivery success” but I have not received it. What should I do?

    We would advise you to check with your family members or colleagues if they have received the parcel on your behalf before contacting us at sales@prinsessacloset.com


  6. Does the delivery service provider delivers to CBD areas/Sentosa Island/Tuas/Jurong Island?

    Yes, they deliver to all areas in Singapore except Jurong Island.


  7. Why is regular mail via Singpost no longer available?

    We have decided to forgo regular mail option to you ladies because increasingly, our current service provider has not been able to help with missing or delayed packages to and from our customers.

    Therefore it is important for us to offer a trackable mode of postage to ensure that our customers receive their packages promptly.
